Is something wrong with your order?
It can happen that goods arrive damaged after the trip or have another defect. Should this happen, we are infinitely sorry - here we have put together what to do if you want to complain about something:
1) Send us an email to mecopad@gmx.de with the following information:
-Order number and date of purchase
-Item description
-Error Description
- Pictures showing the defect
2) We will process your request as quickly as possible. You will receive feedback via email or telephone with information on how to proceed with your complaint. We strive to find a solution that makes each party happy.
3) If we determine a clear reason for complaint, we will send a replacement directly to you. In certain cases, however, we reserve the right to first ask you to return your damaged goods. It is best to use the original box and the outer packaging for the return shipment. Thanks very much!
